AG1
Hey guys, This is my first installation and configuration of Snom products. I have the software installed but when I open a browser and type in http://localhost I get the error message HTTP 404 Not found. I have added the program to my firewall list of programs allowed. I was reading on here that maybe apache took port 80 and to use port 8080......how do I change ports like that? I am using this software on Windows 7 (64 bit) Thanks for your help

Pablo
Ok port 80 is open but I still cant access the service? Any ideas Instead of localhost, try typing in the IP address of the machine on which snom ONE is installed. If that still doesn't work: 1.) Click on Start; 2.) right-click My Computer; 3.) select Manage; 4.) expand Services and Applications; 5.) select Services; 6.) look for either snomONE or pbxctrl to see if the services has started; If not, either reboot the computer or manually start the service. Pablo
It was on the thumbdrive that was included with the Snom one.....should I try downloading it from the link you provided? What version were you trying to install (b/c the link I provided is for the most recent version--which will require that, after the install, you (i) go to snomone.com and create an account; (ii) then select one of the Bundles; and (iii) checkout of the shopping cart to obtain a license key, to activate v5)?
