Put an 8 in front of the extension number. So if you currently had it set to extension 227 make it 8227 The 8 tells the system to just send the call to voicemail without ringing the phone. Just make sure under Domain Settings you have this field set: "Mailbox Direct Dial Prefix: 8 " Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
