Carlos Montemayor Posted November 13, 2014 Report Share Posted November 13, 2014 Hi, My customers are starting to try Ad Hoc Recording and have reported me that they cannot hear the messages. I tried myself and found that if I use Internet Explorer, when I try to play the recording I see the following error message: "Not Valid Origin". So, suspecting that it could be one of the many things that do not work in Explorer, I tried with Chrome. This time the message did play with no error, however, there was absolutely no audio. Finally, I tried with Firefox and bingo, I was able to hear the recording. Is there something that users have to adjust in Chrome and or Explorer or is this a known bug?
