  1. Hi, just FYI: Wirth the * the Mobiles doesnt work. The Identity set by Provisioning isnt able to call or get calls. I made a solution by letting the Identity 1 be used by Provisioning. Then i created an Identity 2 and 3. After that i linked the Mobiles to Identity 2 and 3. Identity 1 is now just a Bug Identity and the other 2 Mobiles now work even when the Station ist powerless. Thx for the Help anyway

  3. Hi pbx support. Do u mean the" Default IVR language:" or "Tone language:" ??? Its all set to "Default" and i can only change it to english. But anyway we dont want to hear it in german neither. We just want to turn this voice off for the mailbox. hope to read from u soon, with regards
  4. Hi, For better understanding and overview i made a short new Topic. I have successfully created a Shared Mailbox. Now if we set the service Flag we hear the speech we recorded. But after the speech we also hear a english voice saying "Pls leave your message after the beep tone" What did i set wrong? We do not want to hear the english voice Just our recorded speech and then the peep tone. with regards Chris
  5. Hi, Of course i want all Extensions on german language. I already set the "Language for Webinterface" on Domain Level and on the Extension itself to german. Is there any other settings i'm missuing maybe or just maybe a little Bug in Provisioning ? I'll give a try to the xml File.
  6. Hi, Yeah i know the clue with the *. That's the reason why it does this thing. So i have to delete EVERY * Otherwise it will assign a Extension to the Phone on the next reboot. And i have to login the mobile phones manually. So there isnt any better Solution, isnt it?
  7. Hallo, As maybe already known i got a Snom ONE and a M9 Station with 2 mobiles. We realized that after a reboot of the M9 due powerloss the Snom ONE gives the first mobile a provisioning Extension. But this doenst work out. U cant call or geht calls. Anyhow it doesnt funktion. We have to set the identity manually. But now the Problem ist that after a reboot it always overwrites the first identity. I got some extensions where the "Registration" is marked with a * I could delete this, but is there any other option to not allow the pbx to provision this M9 Station. On the other Handy is there already a software update to fix this bug? with regards
  8. Hi, I got a Snom ONE and a M9 Station with 2 mobiles. Each one with a own extension (eg 45 and eg 46) I uploaded an addressbook into Snom ONE. Its avaibable on the 870 Snoms but not on the M9 or i dont know how to get to the domain addressbook on a M9 mobile. I searched the Webmenu of the M9 under "identity -> Adressbook" There i can only import a vcf File. Is there a possibility to make a M9 get access to the domain address book? with regards
  9. Hi, Ok i checked if the PBX had set both Extensions to DND. But there is only the Mailbox set to DND. But otherwise on the Phone when i change the idnetity to the Agent again. The DND Sign is still showing there. My very last (i hope so) very important question is: With my settings now a caller hears the taped voicetext:"We are out of buisness jada jada" After that a english voice says:"Please leave a message after the piep sound" "Piep" How do i disable this english voice? So that only the taped voicetext will play. P.s.: The taped voicetext is showed unter "Grettings1" with regards Chris
  10. Hi, of course they do provisioning. That's the case why they loose always the settings. After a reboot I manualy set the language to german on every phone. i double checked every "language setting" on Snom One, not all of them are allowed to set to german. So how or where do i change this in the Snom ONE Settings? Also i set the o'clock to 24h. The Provisioning sets it to 12h. Maybe the only solution is to turn of the provisioning and set the identitys manualy? with regards
  11. Hallo, As maybe already known i got Snom ONE and 4 SNom 870 Phones. In Snom ONE there is only one Option where i found to change the language from English to German. Settings -> Default Web language. Cause my Problem is, whenever i change the language of a Snom Phone directly on the Touchscrenn itself and then restart the phone, it turns back to english default. Where can i set the provisioning settings that all phones will have german as default menu language? with regards ps.: unter the extension there is a "web-language" too i set it to german and rebootet the phone but still it is in english.
  12. Hi, ok after studing the forum for a while and reading the wiki page over and over again i think im near the solution the customer wants to have. My only Problem now is, how to change easely the voicmailtext for incoming calls. "We are sorry but u calling out of our service, we are back jada jada jada" u know what i mean? So i created a group voicemail extension eg 43. Now how do i tape this text for this extension as fast and easy as possible? ps: Ok now i made a Second identity on a snom 870. There is now the ext 42 and the mailbox ext 44 I set the mailbox ext 44 to DND. Now i can change the identity on this phone and tape a voicetext. The only Problem now is, that this Phone no longer Rings when a call is coming to the Agent group. Even if i change the main identity Back to 42. Any Solution for this?
  13. Hi, Sorry for interrupt but i need to. I read the whole Topic but im still not getting it. Maybe cause by the leak of my bad english. If i want a Group Mailbox that every Extension can access without typing a PIN Code, i: 1. Create a Extension (eg 40) 2. In this extension i give mailbox access to other extensions (eg 50,60) 3. Go on the Phones 50 and 60 and make there a 2nd Identity of the Extension 40 ? Is this correct or am i missing something? with regards Chris
  14. Hi, Afer a big research there are some questions i have. In an Agent group i cant set a sercive Flaq account which let me send all calls to an other number. How do i set more service flaq accounts? can i put them all in one line with a space between it? Can i put a Normal Phone number unter "Night Service Number" eg: 043152854872 ? PS: How will i record own Voicemails in a Agent group system? Will i have to logoff existing user and logon with the mailbox extension or is there an easier way to change the speech of the voicebox?
  15. Hy, Thx for the reply After a long research i found that u cant put a service flag number in a agent group. So when one agent calls this number it siwtches on? And then all calls for the agent group are forwarded to the night service number? Is this correct? cant test it till tuesday! with regards
  16. Hi We got Snom One Free Edition, 3x Snom 870 Phones an my english is very bad. We got 3 Telefons in a Agent Group so that an incoming calls is refered to "73" and every Phone is ringing. But more important for the Client ist, that he can activate a answering mashine or a rerouting for all incoming calls. So with our scenario (agents) this isnt really possible. If we active a rerouting on one phone it doenst affect the other too. What is the best solution for our need? with regards and many hope Chris
