Dear Karen, i'm concerned about the price for a small deployment, i'm just saying I don't think It's a good idea to remove features in a commercial solution. If you think snomone is strong enough to compete with other solutions like for example swyx, 3cx or callmanager express, ok put the same price, but if you want to spread snomone I think you should consider re-lowering the price or not removing features (or the counting of features like acd, hunt groups, ecc..) I think you do can deploy lync with $5000, at least for the small workgroup I was considering even using enterprise cals.

Is this the reason why the now paid 10 user, limited feature set version costs almost as much as the old snom one blu wich was unlimited? I really don't know what to do in the future, i liked that snomone was sort of directly supported from snom, I understand that an indipendent company has to charge a little more since doesn't benefit from selling the phones but I think the new price is way too heavy. There are a lot of other pbx out there, to have decent functionality i should now pay 5000$ for snomONE and just as much for lync (which is getting better and better as a pbx..)
