  1. I'm seeing something similar, after leaving 1 new voicemail the MWI blinks. After listening it still blinks and the new count is still 1. If I delete the new mail the MWI turns off and the new count is 0 which is correct. This happens on snom 300 and 360. An 820 behave as normally. Any ideas?
  2. Extension A (snom 360 w/ 8.4.18) has a BLF for extension B set up in snom One (2011-4.2.0.3981 (Darwin)). When B gets a call the button on A blinks, pressing it will pick up the call. How do I prevent that?
  3. My ringtones.xml was missing <tone name="intercom" type="intercom"> <vendor ua="Polycom.*">Auto Answer</vendor> <vendor ua="Cisco-.*" type="call-info">auto-answer=0</vendor> <vendor ua="optiPoint .*" type="call-info">auto-answer=0</vendor> <vendor ua="snom.*" type="call-info"><{from-uri}>;answer-after=0</vendor> <vendor ua="Linksys.*" type="call-info"><{from-uri}>;answer-after=0</vendor> <vendor ua="Aastra.*" type="call-info"><{from-uri}>;answer-after=0</vendor> <vendor type="answer-mode">Auto</vendor> </tone> Thanks for your help, I'm just getting started, again, evaluating snom One.
  4. No, two separate extensions, 511 and 512.
  5. I'm trying Intercom (*90) between 2 snom 820's but it rings normally. Permissions are set on the pbx. Any special set up on the phone? I'm using 2011-4.2.0.3981 (Darwin), snom firmware 8.4.18.
  6. Thanks, in the mean time I found another work around, I think. Seems to work so far. I added <file url="{https-url}/snom_3xx_dialplan_usa3.xml?model=snom820" /> to snom_820.xml
  7. I have it set to North American with 3 digit extensions. After doing a hardware reset on a snom 820 I always have to hit enter. Any ideas? Do I have to set something on the phone manually? Everything else seems to get provisioned properly after the reset. Running 2011-4.2.0.3981 under OS X,
  8. While they work using the type BUTTON they're not really usable and certainly not as user friendly as the "native" BLF. When pbxnsip sets them up they only show PBX On or Off. The "native" way shows the extension number (or short text) and color coded state (talking, ringing...). It's a little confusing having 10 virtual buttons all either on or off. Any work around or fixes? pbxnsip 3.4.0.3201 (Darwin) and Snom 8.2.11
