  1. Please address the HTTP provisiong issue stated here and above in this post.
  2. Another note on this .. after looking at the logs .. it appears the phone is looking for the wrong URL, why would this be the case if I can authenticate with the PBX .. it is trying: http://DMZIP/0004f210d648.cfg should be going to: http://DMZIP/provisioning/0004f210d648.cfg as that URL does work with that user/pass .. is the PBX just broken as the PNP wiki stuff notes it should do that in succession .. correct?
  3. Please address the PNP issue as shown above .. as noted the username/password have been validated on the phone and pbx and it will NOT provision phones via HTTP using a username/password combo??
  4. I don't understand .. as noted the polycom config file is missing a value in the tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.date field and that is required for the phone to properly set the date/time .. also per the docs a value of 2 is not valid it would be an 8 ..
  5. Upgraded to 3.3.0.3163 of the PBX, removed my custom polycom XML templates from /html so it uses the system ones. Now the phone time is wrong as the DST start date is MIA .. tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.date="" this should have a value of "8" (second instance in the month) Please fix this so the variable to get that populated works. ** FROM POLYCOM ADMIN GUIDE ** tcpIpApp.sntp.daylightSavings.start.date 1-31 8 If fixedDayEnable is set to 1, use as day of the month to start DST. If fixedDayEnable is set to 0, us the mapping: 1 = the first occurrence of a given day-of-the-week in a month, 8 = the second occurrence of a given day-of-the-week in a month, 15 = the third occurrence of a given day-of-the-week in a month, 22 = the fourth occurrence of a given day-of-the-week in a month
  6. That was the first item validated and they are correct and match, but will not work .. I can logon to the web GUI with the username/password combo so it is good?
  7. Cannot provision Polycom using 3.3.0.3165 with HTTP using auth. It is odd as the phone can upload the log files via HTTP to the system but not provision, we are using SIP replacements as well for the DMZ? Internal phones will provision via TFTP correctly. 8. One other note .. all PNP settings are missing in the webgui .. but the file is in place?
  9. v3.3.0.3163 - PNP Polycom PNP quit working for our Polycoms in 3163 .. the system now will not provision for internal or external extensions .. we use the MAC address setup in the Reg tab for inside phones via TFTP and on the outside Auth with the phone ID and pass via HTTP. Here is an example of the logfile the phone leaves .. trimmed a little to show relevant info. Checked the generated dirs after removing the previous files and they are MIA .. PLEASE HELP!! Checked that we have a PNP file defined in /html/pnp.xml and we do?? 10. We have numerous networks and routes inside the routing table of the OS and also a few ips so the PBX is far from an optimal location to specify routes .. can it just be enabled on sip replacement list as well since you do that based on that info already or at least at an option (checkbox) to enable that function for the sip replacement list for use of the replacement IP in generated configs?
  11. Support, Please add to a near future revision the ability to have the PBX use the SIP Replacement list as with SIP/RTP in provisioning so that is uses the replacement address when getting requests mathing that .. this would help provisioning in the real world ..
  12. We have had this EXACT same issue since some 3.1 versions .. please release the fix for Debian and SuSE as well ..
  13. That is the phone and SW version we are having trouble with. I will try 3.x SIP app and see if that helps .. any idea what the issue is?
  14. v3120. CS410 .. issues! When using v3120 on a CS410 and a new call comes in (beeps in) while on a call the audio cuts out and the other end can hear me speak but I cannot hear them!! This was not true on the previous versions. Is this a known issue? Also, we are still having VM issues on v3120 with the VMs not recording properly and a key press of some sort needing to be used .. please address of PM me so we can work this issue out with whatever traces you need.
  15. VM seems to be a recurring issue with new releases, I found another issue with 3.1.2.3120 where a caller comes in and leaves a VM and the VM is sent to the recepient via Email but DOES NOT light the MWI but is in the phone mailbox? 1) The ext is setup to send MWI 2) The email is setup to email as attachment and keep as new message 3) Registration shows a message summary but the phone does not light? 5) Worked in 3.1.1
  16. So, you are saying the payload changed to use 101 now? Also, it would be wise to document the default payload id as most default on 96.
  17. 3120 Release. Same issue as above DTMF that is transported in Out of band via RTP or Singaling does not work!!! Mediatrix PRI Gateway. Please fix and re-release!!
  18. Just to validate the revision for debian is 3109 not 3110 .. is that correct?
  19. Also, we put in 3.1.1.3101 and it appears to have the SAME issue with VM boxes not getting the message left unless a caller hits a key. PLEASE FIX.
  20. Anyone on the posts above?
  21. Issue was posted in this thread already .. here it is again. Additional issue .. in the RC for some reason VM messages are not recording (that is why is need the logging working) and it seems related to this situation and not "normal" extenstions. Caller comes into AA then presses 6 which transfers them to an extenstion with NO registrations, when the caller is connected the VM (goes right to VM as it is unregisterd .. lets call this a VM only ext) the prompts and recordings are playing and the user is leaving a VM but for some odd reason unless the caller presses # or a digit it will NOT leave the VM which is very odd as usually a call disconnect works just as well and is certanly not expected! PLEASE check this out.
  22. tested 3.1.1 build, VM issue is still ugly. What can I do to help as I can reproduce readily?
  23. Debian revision? Also, please address the logging issue? Lastly, I still have not had an answer on forcing outgoing ANI changes as currently it sends the incoming ANI out for redirected calls and that is always not possible as some vendors make your ANI be one of the known DIDs?
