hy all, i'm quite new to snome solutions, been using several other like asterisk for few years. i'm curious about agent jump in / jump out. is there any way to do this without using ACD ? the fact is ACD option is "too big" for us. we only need to option to have agents who can "jump in / jump out" with a bouton shortcut on their snom 720 in a defined group.
