Hi, I've a question. Can we upgrade version 4.5.0 to version 5 on same license?

I mean to say where there is a way through that we can send faxes via our email from PBX. Just like NET SatisFAXtion. If you want to send a FAX from your email so your email should be added into the system and then you can send FAX. In email in TO putt like this: 2123456789@fax4u.biz, attach any attachment or type body message and click on send, system will send it on mentioned fax number.

I have Vodia version 5 and I am using it to receive faxes on email and its working owesome. Is there a way that we can send faxes through email via PBX?

Thanks for you Help. Just one thing if I want to get cdr on my email so in "CDR URL" i just need to put my email as "mailto://mudasar321@outlook.com" and at midnight system will send it on my email?

Sorry, Let me explain. We have a client with 100 Employees. We have given them 100 VOIP phones. They have 5 Departments, Like Accoutns, HR and Sales etc. For every department they have a code like for accounts its 12345. They want when they dial any international number system should ask them about a code according to department. I Set-up a address book for them according to CMC code. So they are able to make calls exactly as they want. Only thing is that they want cdr on monthly basis where they can find international call logs accoding to their department (Which department consumed how many minutes). How can we do that?

I want that on a PBX domain I've 30 users and I want to get the call logs into CDR accoding to CMC codes. If this is possible I can get the column of CMC in call logs where I can see that this call was made from this cmc code or system can send me cdr with CMC on email for a everyday.

I have done settings for CMC code and it seems to be working. How I can get CDR according to CMC codes? Is that possible it can be shown under call logs. I am using version 4.5.0.

Hi, I have checked on 5.2.5 version but on there its having another issue. In trunk I've putted "USA,1,0.05,30,0.00". Now if user call and disconnet before 30 seconds then system is not gaoing to charge a single penny. So user can make many calls as he want less then 30 seconds. Once he reached to duration of 30 then system charge for first unit. While it should be as with the start of call system shoud charge for next 30 seconds.

Hi, I am having an issue with a extension when I make it as prepaid. Let me explain you, in Trunk "Rates" Tab I have putted as "USA,1,0.50,60,0.00". In extension I have given Credit $2. Now it shoud work as for 4 minutes. Some times it wotks fine. But some time if i made a call for a minute and after some time again call it says no credit and when i checked extension credit it appears as "0.00" while it should be available for more 3 minutes. Also some times after 1 or 2 calls it shows extension credit as "-1.50" and it did not allow to make any other call untill I gave it credit again. I have tried it on Version 4.5.0 , 5.1.3 and 5.2.4 but on all its giving me same error. I am really confused from last 3 days. Please help me.
