  1. Altering the license code Upper/Lower case swapping has no effect. Even though it passes the license check, the same :

continues to come out and the software will not register phones.

It appears that 4.5.1.1107 does not like snomONE BLUE customers.

How can we get this resolved?

  2. I received the following error when attempting to install snomONE V5 for Centos 6.3 (x86-64)

mv: cannot stat `pbxctrl-centos64-5.0.0.0': No such file or directory

It would appear the module to be downloaded is pbxctrl-centos64-5.0.0 not pbxctrl-centos64-5.0.0.0 as listed in the script

  3. If you only update the Domain Settings (and I finally found that), it still does not give you the granularity you need if you have multiple Dial Plans (sites in more than one area code.. ).

If you leave the phone's dialplan set (in the Template), you will NEVER see the PBXnSIP dial Plans you create under the domain. This seems to be a change, but I could be wrong.... regardless, the WIKI doesn't really explain this well at all.

  4. We recently upgraded to 4.5.0.1090 Epsilon Geminids (CentOS64) and are having an issue where PBXnSIP (snomONE Blue) is generating a "default Dial Plan for every phone configured rather than using the Domain Specified Dial Plan.

We have a dial plan in our domain called "TESTING" with only one pattern:

    100;NexVortex;;1*;1*;;false

Extension 105 has "TESTING" set as it's dial plan

I've done a RESET on the phone to ensure auto-provisioning gets the PBXnSIP generated information.

The dial plan the phone gets (by going to WebUI Settings:

    user_dp_str1!: !^(1[0-9]{10})!sip:\1@\d;user=phone!d !^([2-7][0-9]{2})!sip:\1@\d;user=phone!d !^(8[2-7][0-9]{2})!sip:\1@\d;user=phone!d !^([2-9]11)!sip:\1@\d;user=phone!d

The only customized templates we have are :

    snom_370.xml

    snom_821.xml

    snom_870.xml

and user_dp_str is not mentioned at any of our customized XML

Also... the AUTO_DIAL, OVERLAP_DIALING and NUMBER_GUESSING are all set to OFF, yet the phones keep dialing after the 3rd or 4th digit. Before this PBXnSIP release, we had to press the CHECK key to actually dial.... no the phone seems to have a mind of it's own.

What is the solution to this issue and when will it be available? Setting the DP on each phone is an unacceptable solution.

  5. I removed the %C from the Recording options and got further. Now the audio play is launched, but gets stuck at "Loading".

I'm using Safari 6.0 on OS X 10.8 (aka Mountain Lion).

I also tried it under Firefox 14.0.1 and that works... but Safari 6 has issues with the player.

    Jim

  6. We recently upgraded to 4.5.0.1090 Epsilon Geminids (CentOS64) and are attempting to use the new play recording feature

In call history (either in Domain or System) when clicking on the RECORDING > icon, the following error is generated:

    File playrec.wav not found.

Recording Recordings/pbx.domain.com/20120728/xxxxxxxxxx_Agent/021057-i-xxxxxxxxxx_Attendant-117-120-àc212745002.wav not found on the system. Please verify if this file exists on the file system

Please ask your system administrator to check the log file.

The snomlog's confirm the Web Interface error message:

    [5] 2012/07/28 09:18:40: Play request received for Recordings/pbx.domain.com/20120728/xxxxxxxxxx_Agent/021057-i-xxxxxxxxxx_Attendant-117-120-c212745002.wav

    [5] 2012/07/28 09:18:40: Web Server: File playrec.wav not found

I've checked the real path to the recordings:

    /usr/local/snomONE/Recordings/pbx.domain.com/20120728/xxxxxxxxxx_Agent

and the file indeed exists, but the name is different:

    -rw-r--r-- 1 root root 396204 Jul 28 02:11 021057-i-xxxxxxxxxx_Attendant-117-120-%cmc%-3212745002.wav

We do have a custom path installed for the recordings:

    Recording Location: Recordings/$o/$d/$a/$t-$i-$u-$x-$l-$c-$n.wav

It appears the web interface may be expecting a "default location/path/file name"

Is this a known bug in this version of snomONE? If so, when is the fix planned? If not then how do we get this fixed?

    Jim

  7. Does this release announcement mean that the 4.5 snomONE version(Epsilon Geminids) is ready for Production Use?

We currently are at 2011-4.2.0.3981 (Linux) and there seems to be a disconnect between what is listed as Production Ready (4.3) and what is delivered when you click on the 4.3 Download for Centos-64 (2011-4.2.0.3981). reference: http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Upgrades_(Release_4.3)

There is also no indication what the state of the snonONE 4.5 is on the Download pages, beyond several Alpha/Beta/etc releases and what they have added/fixed. reference: http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Upgrades_(Release_4.5)

A statement of Production Readiness would be very helpful for the real world community.

  8. I have been trying to setup custom XML for the snom821.

    I am running 2011-4.2.0.3981 (Darwin)

I went to the HTML Templates to add code for the snom821, but there is no template available to modify.

I was able to get this to work by modifying the snom820.htm Template, then manually edit the tags in the file generated from 820 to 821 and rebooted the phone server to get it read into memory. But this is not an acceptable long-term solution.

Has this been documented as a bug yet?
