The call gets connected to the number i dialed but on the phone display it shows the extension number and name. I am using snom one blue, doing plug and play with key system emulation. There is no dial plan on the phone.
I have looked at the log and nothing about Dialplan: Evaluating xxx against xxx.
I have noticed something whan looking at the log.

This is the number i have dialed for a test, it contains 223, one of my extention number.
This part of the log repeats for all of my extentions with the same l=5149822323. It looks strange to me as i have dialed the number from extention 228. I think the pbx should not send info from the call i am doing to other extentions.

Hello,
I did this setup last month and it works well.
Download the snom one admin guide and follow the instructions in it. They are a lot more clear than in the wiki and easy to follow.

Hello,
Just found a bug.
I am dialing an external number that contains the 3 digits of an extension in the domain. Exemple: 514-982-2424 and i have the extension 224 in the domain. the 514-982-2424 contains the 224 sequence.
Tha call is connecting corectly but on the snom 320 display it shows the extention 224 and the user name.
This is a nice one !!
Runing snom one blue ver: 2011-4.2.0.3966 (Win32)
Any one got this before ?

Hello,
I was doing training on a new system yesterday and find a problem with the wac. When receiving calls from either direct from the trunk or from an AA the call transfer is going fine. When receving a call from the hunt group and trying to transfer the call, it is doing something strange, the incoming call is getting disconnected and 2 extensions are connected together.
Did someone experienced this before ?

We have another discussion right now about mysterious things with the dial plan where we suspect that the phone seizes a specific trunk before placing the call. That would also affect the failover. Maybe you can check if it makes a different to use a factory-reset phone that does not use plug and play (manually set the identity information) or a softphone?
I have tested it with eyebeam last night and i still have the problem.
Like i posted before i did received an e-mail (only once) regarding the pbx will try next step in the dial plan.

I did all that,
I have set the pbx to send me an e-mail on errors. Here is a copy
Dulude Taylor: Call attempt failed on trunk MTO@localhost
PBX will try to reroute the call to sip:5149669052@192.168.1.12 using
the dialplan.
But it still not using the next entry in the dial plan.
I have attached a copy of my dialplan.

I am using a sip gateway as my main trunk but i also added a sangoma board for emergency calls and other local services.
The sangoma trunk is fine dialing 411 or others.
On a normal call my dial plan looks for 911, 411 ....etc, after will look for * and use my sip gateway to dial out.
I have enabled failover on my sip gateway trunk and tested it by disconnecting ethernet cable.
I am receving a 408 error and the pbx will not try to use the sangoma trunk to dial out.
Configuration info:
Snom one blue ver.4.2.0.3958
12 co lines on sip gateway trunk and doing key system emulation
failover timeout is set to 20 for now but tested it with different values.
Am i doing something wrong ?
Can you please help

Hello all
Running pbxnsip version 4.2.0.3958
Snom 320 version 8.4.18
Plug and play enabled
The mwi led does not light up when messages are in the voicemail box.
I have 18 phones and all are doing the same.
The send mwi is enabled in the voice mail box config in the pbx.
Anyone had this issue ?

I am getting the same problem. Only on outgoing calls and the request timeout was appening after 3 minutes. In the call log there is no duration on all outgoing calls. I have restarted the cs410 after changing a setting for call end detection and suddenly the duration on outgoing calls is there and able to place calls for longer than 3 minutes. Will follow up if the problem append again.

Both log's are set to 9 with all sip logging set to yes. Did the call and searched the log for evaluating without results.
