  1. I am attempting to establish an inbound truck with an International DID provider (DIDWW). Is it a SIP Gateway. This is the information they have provided (they assume I am using Asterisk, not pbxnsip): USA 1: Outgoing Settings Trunk Name: didww_us Incoming Settings USER Context: from-didww1 USER Details: dtmf=rfc2833 dtmfmode=rfc2833 host=204.11.194.34 insecure=very type=peer context=from-trunk Which fields should I input this information within PBXnSIP's trunk set up page? I am running pbxnsip version 3.0.1.3023 (Win32)
  2. I am able to receive daily reports and voicemail attachments via email when sent to/from the same domain, but I am not able to receive voicemail alerts and attachments via email when sent to a different domain recipient. The log states: SMTP: Received 550 sorry, mail to that recipient is not accepted (#5.7.1) [5] 2008/11/09 17:05:43: SMTP Server returned 550 I imagine this is an issue with my SMTP server...any suggestions on how I can adjust? Thank you, Adam
  3. Thank you. Changing from "never" to "always (no security check)" did the trick !
  4. I am running versions 3.0.1.3023 and 3.0.0.2998 on two different PBX's. Both systems had Polycom 550's registered to the PBX until I upgraded to 3.0. Now neither system has any of the polycom phones registering. I thought it might be the polycom config, so I updated the bootrom and sip software in the tftp folder, and the phones downloaded the changes (buttons look slightly different), but they still do not register to the PBX. the phone reads "Url call is disabled" when attempting to make a call. Any ideas?
