Our problem now is the company have a handicraft working asterisk In the company the groups have not a entry DID for example 10 for support and 20 for accounting etc. The workflow is all extensions in one group can pickup with one button the group calls. My idea is to use the parallel call to route the extensions parallel to a hunt group to pick the calls with one button. The company want this setup all the discussion to change this are not succesfully.
