No Audio

We are having a lot of issues with Audio through macs in the last couple of weeks - the Mac App shows the mic registering voice in - but the users on the other end cannot heard anything. In addition to that, we cannot get sound out to hear what is being said, the sound out test is greyed out in the app.

The Macs we are supporting are all running MacOS 14.5, and using a range of head sets from cheaper USB devices to Jabra Evolve's etc. They were all fine until recently, and stopped working (we suspect with an update)

Has anyone else experienced this and found a solution?

Ours is on 68.0.30
