This can be easily done for Auto Attendands (Tab "IVR"), but obviously not for the up to 10 different messages for the waiting queues. Any workaround? Regards, Lucas Hummig Hi, FOr now the only way to do it is to record a 1second clip and then go into the file folder on the pbx and overwrite the file with the wav file you want to use for that greeting.
