Menu repeats when calling in from Cell phone.

If a user is calling in from their cell phone and it is setup in their mailbox, the options are 1 to make outbound call, 2 to go to your mailbox, 3 to go to the auto attendant.

 

Once you press 3 go to to the auto attendant, then follow prompts ie.. 4 for customer service, once you hit 4 you get the first 3 options AGAIN. 1 to make an outbound call, 2 to go to your vm ect. This seems to happen each time they hit a nested auto -attendant.
