MichaelW Posted April 17, 2009 Report Share Posted April 17, 2009 If a user is calling in from their cell phone and it is setup in their mailbox, the options are 1 to make outbound call, 2 to go to your mailbox, 3 to go to the auto attendant. Once you press 3 go to to the auto attendant, then follow prompts ie.. 4 for customer service, once you hit 4 you get the first 3 options AGAIN. 1 to make an outbound call, 2 to go to your vm ect.
