Is it possible in future releases to add the ability to "Reveal" or "Hide" the telephone number the busy station is talking with? Executives do not want the Mail Room to know who they are talking to. But I think if we setup the PAC to monitor only those extensions that they are supposed to, your problem will be automatically taken care of.
