Lawrence Hughes Posted August 14, 2007 Report Share Posted August 14, 2007 I have a CallCentric trunk, which is working fine. I currently have the main DID on it ringing all extensions. I have bought another DID on the same account, and I want it to ring only a specific extension. I have read the section on trunk / simple mode. That appears to apply if you have more than one trunk. See http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Inbound_Calls_on_Trunk. For example: Set an alias for the auto attendant to tel:2121234567 and another tel:alias for the extension that you want to route to tel:2127654321, then you don't have to set anything in the extension field of the trunk.
