Jim Posted June 6, 2009 Report Share Posted June 6, 2009 I have a SNOM 820 that when dialing anything beginning with a "2" will only dial 2 digits. When dialing ext 2001, only 20 shows on the display and it trys to auto dial 20 which doesn't exist. Call completion and number guessing is off on the phone. Every other number dial fine. Check the "Default PnP Dialplan scheme" under Domain->Settings page (almost at the bottom). Maybe it is set to 2 digit extension. Change it to 4 digits and reboot the phone.
