andrewgroup
A client has long personal mailbox messages with disclaimers... We'd like to see them add this to all mailbox messages. To bypass this message press (a digit or key of our choice) to go straight to the beep.... Have we overlooked the obvious setting to allow this? Cheers. You can fast forward using "3"; press it multiple times to speed up. To save the message, press "9" and it will move on to the next message. Or press "7" if you want to delete the message anyway. Also consider forwarding the message in an email. The audio playback tool of your choice will probably offer you to move the mouse to fast forward or backward. I'll try 7, let me correct something, these are really long mailbox greetings, can a caller bypass these long greetings with a keystroke? In the Mailbox Greeting: Tell your callers they can press # (Pound or Hash) to skip the greeting. This will take them directly to the BEEP.
