pbxuser911 Posted July 4, 2009 Report Share Posted July 4, 2009 To Create my own greeting all I have to do is dial *98010 (if the auto attendant is 010) but the big problem here is, if I have numerous DID's for the Auto Attendant then the number changes to *98010xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx for all the DID's I have in there can the PBX be set to accept *98010 and not need the additional DID's to be dialed in order to record a Auto Attendant IVR Greeting? thanks Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
