no <ca> or <cn> when one was expecting

I'm observing many strange CDRs like the following:

where I can see that a valid PBX user:

<fu>408</fu>

is making a call to an external number (in this case a mobile number in Greece):

<t><sip:695559555@1166675.test.gr></t>

but the system is not recording data neither for <ca> nor for <cn>

 

In many other cases the ca and cn are properly recorded.

<ca>, <cn> are only filled when there is a redirection on the call. Otherwise, the from user will be charged for the call.
