Viking Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 When I redirect a number to an Auto attendent the PBX does not go directly to the AA recorded message but says " to reach an outbound call press 1 to recieve an call back on this number press 2 to go to the mailbox press 3 to go to the auto attendant press 4 " Where doe this message come from and how do I turn it off?????????? pbxuser911 Posted October 12, 2009 Report Posted October 12, 2009 how do you redirect a number to the auto attendant ? usually that message is played when you call in to the IVR DID from your cell phone number that has been added as the cell phone number under the redirect tab on the extension account Quote
