Viking Posted October 12, 2009 Report Share Posted October 12, 2009 When I redirect a number to an Auto attendent the PBX does not go directly to the AA recorded message but says " to reach an outbound call press 1 to recieve an call back on this number press 2 to go to the mailbox press 3 to go to the auto attendant press 4 " Where doe this message come from and how do I turn it off??????????
