andrewgroup Posted February 23, 2010 Report Share Posted February 23, 2010 Overlooking the Obvious, but answering a call on a snom 3xx phone and pressing hold assumes that that another call is being made and creates dial tone. What setting or procedure simply puts the caller on hold? (no DIAL tone) This may be a SNOM or PBXnSIP setting.... Never realized the issue until recently and was stumped by the client.
