jucha
Hi. I have the fallow topoligy. E1 - Panasonic KX1232 - 28 User Extension I like to make a internal callcenter, with 4 agents, all sip. I think to buy a analog gateway for 4 ports FXO, so my question is. Is possble to make transfer from SIP agents to Panasonic extensions? Blind and attended. Thank you.
Vodia PBX
In analog FXO, you cannot signal a transfer. All you can do it establish another connection using another FXO and then loop the calls through the SIP PBX. I would not recommend to do this on a regular basis. Keep in mind that the audio path in such situations will become bad (at least two additional A/D conversions involved) and that you will quickly use up your FXO lines. jucha
I think in a audiocodes FXO. See http://www.audiocodes.com/objects/microsof...20Ver%205.0.pdf I see than OCS/Exchage (SIP Applications) can to make transfer to any extension. With pbxnsip, it's not posible? Vodia PBX
Well, with pbxnsip you can. OCS and other products also don't do magic. But you must be aware that the audio quality will suffer and the maximum number of calls on a 4 port FXO will be 2.
