Joe De Sousa
Hello. We have the PBXnSIP system. We bought a license for it. Our company is RapidTel. My sales agent is Kevin Moroz. The problem is that for some reason the password to login when you get to the main screen has changed for some reason. We did not change it. I read on the website under install section that the default is admin and the password is left blank. I believe that's the way we had it. But now it has changed and I can't log in to do any work on it. Could you please help us with this. We really ned to get in the help customers and set up new ones
Vodia PBX
The administrator is password is stored in the global configuration file (see http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Global_Configuration_File). Typically that's pbx.xml. You can edit this file with a regular text editor. There is a setting called "pw_pass" which contains a hash value. If you delete that hash value, save the file and restart the service the password will be empty again.
