The Auto Attendent would answer and when you dial an extension the VoiceMail will Ask for the callers Name. Now it doesn't do this, it just rings and the Voicemail answer. Under the Redirect feature on the extension it is set to Ask for Name. Luis Quote

You can probably use "Ask name even if caller id is valid" option. Quote
Nutel Posted November 9, 2010 Author Report Posted November 9, 2010 I tryed both and no success. It use to work going through the Auto Attendent before the upgrade. Your saying the Ask for Name is only for incoming calls, not going through the Auto Attendend? Quote
