If you call from a SIP phone or Landline Ring Back is heard. Luis You can try changing the "180 or Media" option at the bottom of the trunks page. Default is set to "Media", i.e., pbx plays the ringback file on the media path to the caller. If you set this to "180", then the caller's network will provide the ringback.
