voipie
Hi all, im only new to snom/pbxnsip, and i cant figure how to route calls to a trunk. I basically have 5 phones, 1000 > 1004 and if someone dials say 447969xxxxxx (a mobile) i just want that to go to a trunk. Can anyone help? Ive looked into dial plans, and just for testing said '*' for the pattern, and the output (that should be sent to the trunk) seems to be right, ie you can see all the digits. However the traffic never goes out of the trunk. The trunk is a registered type of trunk to an ITSP. Any help/pointers would be great!! thanks
Vodia PBX
Well, did you select the right trunk in the dial plan? The standard configuration comes with a trunk template. Make sure that you change the outbound proxy from the dummy 1.2.3.4 to the real address where you want to send the call...
voipie
/thanks. That gave me an idea, so i reset to factory, and changed the obvious settings. All works now. :-)
