Alex Rod
I have two DIDs, and I want them to be answered by the same extension. Reading the manual, page 112, says the following: An unlimited number of DIDs can be directly tied to an extension (DIDs can also be used without an extension account). When entering DIDs as aliases to an extension number, use the following syntax: 505/9781234567/9781234567 Which is exactly what I want, however, if I do that, I get a busy tone. Any help will be appreciated. UPDATE: I found the solution. The numbers must entered when the extension is being created.
