andrewgroup
The following call captured in the log file failed twice in a row. This is the SnomOne CS410 appliance. The Carrier is Comcast with a 4 port DOCSIS IP to FXO gateway from ARRIS. 200 good calls are made in a day, but the clients only remember the ones that failed. Can you shed light on what might cause the Unobtainable Tone Detection Errors? pbx support
That means the CS410 (PSTN side) detected a "fast-busy or reorder" tone for the number that was dialed out. A wrong number was dialed by the user or Comcast received a wrong number from the PBX.
