Austin Maliszewski
I'm transitioning to a new Snom ONE system with two Snom 300 and one Snom 360 phone and have set up three shared lines on a SIP trunk as described in the manual. Right now, I can place a call on hold and pick it up on another phone, which is good. However, I'd like to be able to be on a shared line on more than one phone at the same time. For example, if a call comes in and the receptionist answers, I would like to be able to pick up the phone on my desk and connect to that shared line while she's still on the line. What do I need to do to make this work? Thanks.
Vodia PBX
I do see the feature benefits. But well, thats where it ends with the shared line emulation in VoIP... You cannot imagine what it would mean to get that working in SIP! Unfortunately, things are a lot more complex than in the analog world, where you could really solve this with some copper cable.
