outgoing call error

Hi,

 

We upgraded from 2011-4.3.0.5021 to 2011-4.5.0.1050.

 

Everything was OK. But I noticed that we were not able to make call to the world. We were able to receive calls but not to call out.

 

In the sip trace there is a 503 error service unavailable.

 

When I restart the old version everything is OK.

Any ideas? My provider looked at his server side and he found nothing.

The outbound calling is something few folks had issues with after the upgrade from 4.3 to 4.5. You may be one on them.

If you have the INVITE going from PBX or the trunk provider using 4.3, then it is very easy to make it work on the 4.5 too using http://wiki.snomone.com/index.php?title=Trunk_Custom_Headers

If you still have issues, please post the INVITE from 4.3.
