Snom One Blue says that it has Unlimited Extensions.

Do they all need to be Snom phones?

If not, how many can be 3rd party phones like Grandstream, Aastra, Yealink etc can operate?

40

snom ONE blue supports up to 40 of the following devices:

ATA – For fax

SIP video cameras

Door entry systems

Conferencing

Soft phones

I thought they removed this from yellow and blue and are only limiting free to (5) 3rd party extensions. If not, I would like to know what this is as it can really effect some bids out there.

snom one blue is 40

They specifcally state 20 for yellow on the 2nd reply in this previous Post. The post is for Beta Corona Austrinid release and leads me to believe there may be changes to blue. I wonder if the info on snom's website is wrong or the post.

Another post that says the restriction has widley been removed: Post 2

I believe yellow is 20 like you read in the other thread....the second thread you mentioned they were talking about now they even allow the "refer" to work with the third party devices - meaning the transfer feature....before with third party devices they didn't allow call transfer, you could do it but only via a * command - that thread confirms they lifted it so you can do call transfers with third party devices.

so...

free=5

yellow=20

blue=40
