metwest Posted April 14, 2013 Report Share Posted April 14, 2013 Hi Guys Trying to add the following to my snom_3xx_phone.xml file so that on the 870 handsets, the up and down key selects the LDAP on idle (much like the 7 series) Just keeps coming up key unassigned no matter what I try. 870 FW 8.7.3.19 on Snom One 5.08 <idle_up_key_action perm="RW">F_DIRECTORY_SEARCH</idle_up_key_action> <idle_down_key_action perm="RW">F_DIRECTORY_SEARCH</idle_down_key_action> Any suggestions?
