Vodia PBX
Well try with 5.0.10a (http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/version-5.0.10a.xml). Does the service manager say anything about why the service cannot be started? In cmd, cd to the working directory of the PBX (usually C:\Program Files\snomone\snomONE) and run the PBX manually with .\pbxctrl.exe --version to see if the executable loads. Bela
When I start the pbxctrl.exe manually I get the following error message: The procedure entry point K32GetProcessMemoryInfo could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll Is the upgrade somehow installing the 32 bit version instead of the 64 bit?? Vodia PBX
No please no 32 bit. Maybe you have to install the C++ runtime libraries. It is strange, those kind of problems are so far only known from Windows XP.
Bela
I already have the 5.05 running on this machine, so I assume its not the runtime libraries.
Vodia PBX
Hmm. It seems there is a API function that needed to be compiled in a different way. Interesting that it worked before?! Anyway, please try the following link: http://snomone.com/downloads/snomONE/win64/pbxctrl-v5.0.10e-64.exe Obviously this is a beta image that requires a manual upgrade (rename to pbxctrl.exe in the working directory). Bela
Okay, this seem to have worked. Thank your for your help!
Bela
Now I have noticed a weird problem. When I change anything in the configuration, (for example extension call forward) it gets "saved", but the PBX still seem to work according to the previous setting. Eg. Does not forward the call to a different extension. Also there was a cell diversion on the extension, I deleted it, but the call still gets diverted to the cell. I this related to this particular software version maybe? Bela
Vodia PBX
Hmm, is the file system full?! Can you check if the settings makes it into the file system (digging it out from the XML files)?
