onestopit
Folks, I've done this all before but cannot for the life of me remember how to set simple things like office hours messages, so customers get a closed message when calling out of hours etc. Where the hell do I set this???? I can see the parts within the trunk/AA settings etc. to list which service flag to use, but I cannot find anywhere to configure the actual service flags themselves. Can someone give me a quick rundown on setting up a basic one to refresh my memory - I cannot find anything on the web or on here which tells me this! Going crazy and crossed eyed over this one... so any help appreciated. Thanks

Then use that service flag under the AA "Night Service". https://pbxnsipsupport.com/index.php?_m=kno...kbarticleid=
pbxuser911
If you rlooking WHERE to set up the service flag? go to ADMIN / pick the right DOMAIN you want to manage / click on ACOUNT / now click on CREATE / now from the Account type drop down list choose Service Flag - there you have it, BAM!
