Karsten Schmidt Posted July 13, 2007 Report Share Posted July 13, 2007 I have a setup with 40 snom 360 phones and 6 Agent groups. Is it possible to give all phones access to all agent groups. And then log in/out from the agent groups seperately? And can i somehow setup a key pr agent group and have the light on the key lit up when the phone is logged into that agent group? Vodia PBX Posted July 15, 2007 Report Share Posted July 15, 2007 Well you can have all phones on all groups. However, a "login" means that that agent is logged into all groups. The only workaround is that you use different extensions on the same phone and then you can use the extension's identity to log into a specific group.
