I am running 2011-4.2.0.3981 (Darwin) I went to the HTML Templates to add code for the snom821, but there is no template available to modify. I was able to get this to work by modifying the snom820.htm Template, then manually edit the tags in the file generated from 820 to 821 and rebooted the phone server to get it read into memory. All you had to do was add these 3 lines to reg_texts.htm template <option>snom_821.xml</option> <option>snom_820_phone.xml</option> <option>snom_820_fkeys.xml</option> Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
