  1. Is there anything different in this version? Can you let me know which ones have been tested? Also, have they been tested in a LAN topology, or WAN?
  2. 1. Yes I added it to the registration tab. 2. Yes. I was able to get GXP1405, GXP2140 & GXP2200 working. The same procedure does not work: GXV3275
  3. This is what I get: [8] 2014/11/25 11:06:57: HTTP: Received request for file cfg000b826xxxxx from 99.231.107.254 [7] 2014/11/25 11:06:57: HTTP: Error generating or finding grandstream-reject1, Send back 404 Not Found to 99.231.107.254 [8] 2014/11/25 11:06:57: HTTP: Received request for file cfg000b826xxxxx.xml from 99.231.107.254 [7] 2014/11/25 11:06:57: HTTP: Error finding cfg000b826xxxxx.xml, Send back 404 Not Found to 99.231.107.254
  4. How can the Greandstream GXV32xx devices provision on the pbx over WAN? Is manual configuration the only option?
  5. Hi, they have too many lines. They simply want to press the hold button to park a call. Is there a way to map that button to dial *85? We've been going back and forth in regards to other options, I really want to make the hold button *85. Is there a way to do this (yes-how?/no)? If yes please enlighten me, if not, I would need to manually program each button, which I rather not do.
  6. I was hoping to be able to re-map it, basically using the snom_3xx_phone.xml file to push the button key. Would this work?
  7. The client wants it this way. Go figure... Don't want to waste too much time with him on this. How would I map the hold key?
  8. The 870. Wouldn't it be the same for 3xx, 7xx and 8xx?
  9. Is there a way to use the button profiles to map the HOLD button to parking a call (*85)? Thank you.
  10. I finally found the issue. There was a random snom710.xml in the html directory. Erased it, and everything started working.
  11. I'll try that, and report back. Thanks for all your help
  12. I want to try to update from version 3 to version 5 which uses MAC based provisioning. Finding out the MACs will allow me to re-configure the PBX with the newly provisioning system, and maintain the same phones with the same extensions. There are only 100 phones over several domains.
  13. I don't think that will be an option, as I don't want to upgrade all the phones, and then re-downgrade them. I rather just manually retrieve the MAC addresses from a generated file and add it manually in a new installation of a 5 server or something similar. Could you help with getting the MAC address dumped some how?
  14. That's what I'm going to try. Any idea on how to setup that fw template to dump it's mac in a file somehow?
  15. They are not on LAN unfortunately. Even under PCAP, would the MAC of the phone really show? I was thinking to fish it using the provisioning server field {MAC} parameter, and pass it somewhere into the Generated log files. Would this be possible?
  16. Is there a way I can retrieve the MAC address over WAN for a provisioned phone? The provisioning was done using the username@domain.com and provisioning password manually.
  17. I'm going to try a few different firmwares, even the ones in beta to see what is going on. Will post back.

  19. Hi, Thanks for the reply again. The factory reset has been done many times. The phone is brand new out of the box and has not been added to any other provisioning servers. I did post the PBX details, since it's hitting it just fine. I even tried to change to different firmware versions to no avail. 20. The phone does seem to hit the server since it gets back 404 issues. On top of that, the 760, and the 720 are able to provision just fine with the exact same settings. I have tried this multiple times. Is my version of the pbx not compatible with the 710?
  21. It doesn't create a generated file under the domain.
