We have an extension that goes to a HG if not picked up. If not answered this ends up in a voicemail box (separate from this original extension) However, when people in the HG or office pick up a call, they don't seem to be able to transfer calls to this original extension? This refers of topic 4887. We have similar problem but we're running on LINUX (Centos 5). Does anyone know how to resolve this issue quickly. Our customers cannot select and activate voicemail greeting (*98 or just through main voicemail menu). Also in mailbox setting, I don't see personal announcement option. Thanks
