Hi I have a couple of questions about some timing of the system that I can't find: - where do you set the minimum recording time in the voicemail? - the ring time towards extensions and groups is set in administrator/settings/sustem -> "Maximum ring duration (s)" example 30 seconds. The problem is that 30 seconds may be fine on the missed answer of the extension (the missed answer message intervenes where you are invited to dial 1 for the reservation), but it is too short for the group as an incoming call on the Trunk intended for the group would end after 30 seconds. It would be a good idea to differentiate between these two times. It should also be possible to customize this timeline for each extension. Solutions?
