  1. The extension does have view CDR privileges as shown in the screenshot below: When logged into the portal I only have option of personal and shared, personal shows calls for this extension (only shows 1 call, but there are more calls to/from this extension), but am not shown anything when I select shared.
  2. I have updated the system to v68.0.5-beta and can now make calls to 111, and other 3 digit numbers. Thanks for your help.
  3. I am upgraded my system to v68.0.5-beta, but still cannot see the CDR's when I log into the user portal, ie the portal that allows you to make/receive calls. When I go to calls, all I see are the calls made to/from this extension.
  4. Thanks, glad you found the issue. Is it possible for you to share what the fix was? Is this a template that I can customise? Will update once I have tried the build.
  5. Thanks - whats the url I need for the beta release? Could I use the normal software update url http://portal.vodia.com/downloads/pbx/version-68.0.xml

  8. Sure, that is probably a good idea. I am 5 hours ahead of you, anytime after my 19:30 is good for me, guess it would be around 14:30 your time? I can do Thursday or Friday this week, or can arrange for a day next week. Let me know which suits you better. Thanks

  10. Yes as below: ave Under the extension permissions can see the group listed in there as well. Have refreshed the user portal, but still cannot see the CDR logs. Don't use the windows app, just the user portal, have accessed from another pc as well, but only see calls the user made, not calls for the other extensions.
  11. Here are the options I have setup for the group:
  12. I already have the group permissions setup for that account. When I look in the calls list for that user only shows calls to/from that user, rather than all calls for all accounts.
  13. When I look through the list of available pages to customise for the tenant, I do not see a dom_groups.htm How do I create one, and what settings should be in that file? Do you have a copy of default dom_groups.htm?
  14. This is the entry for Emergency numbers under the tenants general settings: 101; 105; 111; 112; 119; 999 then then the numbers are in the dialplan to break out via the provider. Is there another setting somewhere else that I need to check?
  15. I am on version 68.0.2 and one of my customers wants the ability to be able to see all the calls made for his company. Is there a way of seeing the Call Log in the user portal? I cannot see the option in the menu at the top of the screen. Alternatively, how would you create an 'admin' account restricted to a specific tenant, and to only be able to do certain things. I have tried creating a group (with only view cdr and manage cdr options) and assigned user to that group, but when I log into the web portal for that user, cannot see the option to view the CDR. Am I missing something here???
  16. 111 is in the list of emergency numbers. No setting in star codes for 111. The "ht" setting is ht: <{request-uri}>
  17. 18. As a recap, under the system level, go to Network Ports and make sure under the HTTP section the make sure the following are set: I had the same issue, and found the above post, which helped resolve the issue.
  19. I have checked the Trunk settings for both and the same entries are setup with the same values. In particular the Rewrite Global Numbers and Country code are the same. However on the SIP Trunk that works there are options for P-Charging-Vector and Diversion Header, which are not available on the SIP Trunk that does not work. Not sure if this would be relevant or not.
  20. That's what I have done and noticed that the invite to the provider has the 0011@provider_domain. However what is even stranger, is that I have a different provider that I have used for testing purposes in the past, and if I route the dialplan for 111 to use that provider, the call goes through fine, without any translations. I have checked the SIP Trunk settings for both and they are identical. So is it the PBX setup that is wrong or the sip provider side? I have got in touch with the provider, sent them pcap traces and they think it is the configuration at my end, but I am not so sure. Catch 22 at the minute. Is there something in the backend of the PBX that differentiates based on the SIP Provider?
  21. I am at a loss to figure out why when I dial a 3 digit service number, when the call is sent to my trunk provider the number is changed. For example if I dial 111 (for NHS Helpline), when the call reaches the provider it seems to be translated to 0011@provider_domain. I have checked the logs an upto the point the call is sent to the provider everything is shown correctly, the Sip To: shows sip:111@mydomain In my dialplan all I have is 111 with no translation/replacement string. I have also set the 'rewrite global numbers' in the SIP Trunk Setting to 'don't rewrite'. The domain country is set to 44 for the UK. I have contacted my provider and they keep telling me it is something at my end. I am wondering if because the system is built around the USA environment, it is ignoring the country and still prefixing the 111, thinking it is an international or national number in the USA. The same thing happens if I prefix a number with '141' to hide the CLI Any pointers/advice much appreciated.
