Connection with freepbx will probably run through a trunk. That should be prettys straightforward. Check out http://wiki.pbxnsip.com/index.php/Trunk_Settings for trunks. If both the pbxnsip and the free PBX is on a routable address than this will be much easier and you don't have the registration traffic.
