Busy Tone

I am facing a strange problem here and it is frustrating my client. All of the sudden this thing stop working. People reported that when they call in they get busy tone and sometimes goes to auto attendance when it is configured to send all calls to hunt group.

I think I made a bad choice getting this appliance. It may not be designed for PSTN.

Please could someone see the logs below and tell me what could be wrong also suggest the best practice I should follow.

Do you have to use busy tone detection? There are many cases where you don't have to and then I agree detecting can be a pain in the neck.

 

Unfortunately, analog lines were designed for the ear, not for machines trying to figure out if the party already hung up or not. That is causing a lot of grief.

Now I am having an other issue...

 

All outgoing calls get auto disconnected after 45-52 sec. Please help my client is lossing biz...

 

I have enable logs to level 9 yet still no good info shown what could be the probelm
