Friedom-Tech Posted September 5, 2008 Report Share Posted September 5, 2008 HI; big issue i logged in to do maintenence during the day and realized that the service flag was showing as SET...all calls were going to night auto attendant! after changing the flag manually to clear i cheked the logfile to see that the date and time were wrong in the system...ping pool.ntp.org got a response but the cs410 was not updating date and time correctly!!! pls advise asap!!!! Is the DNS server available? Without DNS you are not able to resolve ntp.org, or whatever you specified as NTP server. You have to reboot in order to get the new settings have any effect.
