Bill H Posted September 11, 2008 Report Share Posted September 11, 2008 This occurs while I am listening to my messages and press 0 (Operator) for Help. The Help list is read off and when it gets to the Move or Copy a Message area it says "Press 1" then it says "Press 6". The correct info is "Press 6".
