Version 3.0 Prompts

 

While listening to a message....

 

First I press 6 to "Move or Copy" a message

 

Then I press 3 to "Record a comment" and the prompt says to "Please record your message after the tone" BEEP

 

It does not provide any information on how to end your recording (I discovered that the # key will end it)

 

Also, when the Comment Message is recorded you "need to know" on your own what to next.

 

You are, however, returned to the original "Move or Copy" prompt.

 

I suggest a slight prompt change to possibly make it a bit more clear.

 

This is the prompt now: "To move A message to another mailbox press 1"

 

Suggested change: "To move THIS message to another mailbox press 1"

Unfortunately, that change did not make it in to the recordings (we found the a/this problem already, but the update did not make it on the speakers excel list).
