However, as soon as the iPhone locks but the app is still running in background, it does not ring anymore even though it is connected to wifi. How can I correct this problem? Vodia PBX Posted December 2, 2020 Report Share Posted December 2, 2020 Does it ring for you when the app is completely out of memory? You can try this by swiping the app up in the app overview screen. If not, there might be a problem with the registration for the APN service. Sometimes there are old registrations that better be removed. Go to the extension registration tab, delete all "app" registrations and start the app again. Then there should be one app registration that has no expiry—that is the one which is used for the APN service. Also, the PBX needs to be able to reach push-*.vodia.net or whatever push server you might have configured. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
