Guest EHP Posted December 2, 2020 Report Posted December 2, 2020 Hello, I would like to confirm if this is possible. For example, x501 would like to access the voicemail of x500. Per checking, I believe that when we set up a voicemail, we just set one specific number or extension. What if, the end user would like to received voicemail on both extension or let's say multiple extensions/phones? Thank you. Quote
Support Posted December 3, 2020 Report Posted December 3, 2020 This setting would not work because: 1. You're using star codes (not exactly a star code though) which would not take effect here because it needs to be an agent only. 2. They have to be agents only and cannot be a voicemail numbers that don't have a way of logging themselves into the ACDs. 3. To reiterate, the setting is "include the following agent" hence it has to be an agent. You can try a HG and send the call to a Voicemail through it's last stage. Quote
